After working as a nurse practitioner in plastic surgery and dermatology, Maegan Griffin realized the aesthetics industry lacked something critical — a commitment to personalized, holistic and trustworthy care. “I realized this wasn’t the standard in most clinics. I started Skin Pharm in 2017 to create the experience I wanted as a patient but couldn’t find, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built,” says Griffin.

Griffin’s team of advanced practice providers (all NPs and PAs) inspire confidence in each patient through effective treatments, expert skin care advice and the meaningful relationships they cultivate — a testament to Griffin’s vision, leadership and patient-focused approach.

“Our brilliant providers take their time getting to know each patient, and we’ve curated a clinic atmosphere that feels warm, inviting and elevated,” says Griffin, who now focuses her time on Skin Pharm’s growth. With eleven clinics and counting, an evolving line of medical-grade products and three young children, creating approachable and sustainable skin care solutions has never felt more relevant.

While she’s transitioned to full-time CEO, her goals for Skin Pharm and the people it impacts remains the same: to promote skin health, inspire confidence and empower others to feel good in their skin.

Born in Scottsdale, AZ, Griffin moved to Nashville when she was 14 and currently resides there with her three children and husband. The duality of motherhood and entrepreneurship has taught her the importance of time management, patience and compassion. In her spare time, she enjoys attending yoga sculpt classes, walking outdoors, traveling and reading.
