As an Occupational Therapist, I felt called by Jesus to walk alongside others in their healing journey. My relationship with God, myself, and my loved ones has shaped not only how I see the world, but also how I serve as a coach. I specialize in relational thinking—our connection to God, self, and others—as a framework for navigating the workplace, culture, and social relationships. Clinically, my focus is on Autism, ADHD, and other neurological differences. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, managing the launch of new projects, and through it all, the Holy Spirit continued to pursue me, reminding me of my calling: to bring others to Christ and help build His Kingdom here on Earth. The birth of this life and career coaching practice for young adults is part of that calling. It has been incredible to witness God’s faithfulness in my clients’ successes—each one a testimony to the power of the Spirit. Through iElevate, we provide career coaching services in both one-on-one and group formats. I also continue to practice as a licensed Occupational Therapist in Charleston, South Carolina. Our coaching program is accessible online and has been referred to by the Vanderbilt Frist Center for Autism and Innovation. I hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, with a focus on Autism and ADHD. Challenges such as executive functioning delays or communication difficulties—often present in these conditions—can create barriers to sharing our God-given talents with the world. iElevate was created to break down those barriers, inspiring, uplifting, and equipping young adults to make a positive impact. My clients inspire me daily. Through our work together, I not only help them grow but continue to grow and learn more about myself.
