A former executive with Pearl Jam's management company has pleaded guilty to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the band over a four-year period.
According to the "Seattle Post-Intelligencer," prosecutors say Curtis Management's ex-CFO Rickey Charles Goodrich stole $380,000 before he was fired in September 2010.
Goodrich pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree theft last week, which is lower than the 33 theft charges he was initially facing for using the band's credit cards for personal items and transferring money into his own accounts to pay off debts.
Prosecutors are expected to ask that Goodrich get six months behind bars when he's sentenced in February. But if he doesn't pay back the full amount he stole by then, they will likely raise the request to 14 months.
