According to the Charleston Solicitors office, a judge has issued an order to quickly transfer Veronica back to Charleston after a missed visitation on Sunday.

Back in July a state court finalized Veronica's adoption to the Capobiancos on James Island.  The court approved a transition plan to help make this a smooth move back to Charleston for the toddler.  The visitations are meant to get Veronica reacquainted with her adoptive parents.

According to the Cherokee Nation, Dusten Brown is at a 30 day training for the Army Nation Guard.  They say he informed the court of the training.

An attorney for the Capobiancos would not confirm whether that meant that the transition plan will completely change.

Attorneys for brown have until 9:30 Tuesday morning to surrender all knowledge of where he is located.  The order was also sent to the Army National Guard where Brown is a guardsmen.
